2 Year manufacturer warranty covering product defects, does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to use. This warranty is non-transferable.

When receiving tent, check packaging for damage, like collapsed box, holes in packaging.  If there is damage, do not sign for product. Carefully open packaging and inspect product. If damage to the tent, do not sign for tent. Shipping available to the nearest shipping terminal, current pricing is $200 flat rate.

We are currently offering free pickup for residents of Arizona. For buyers in and around the Mesa area, we offer free delivery and installation.

Never store wet items in tent. Never pack away wet tents for more than 24 hours. Condensation and moisture is a factor with any tent. We recommend keeping a window open at night if there is condensation, airflow will help to keep dry. If condensation does occur, simply wipe down interior with a dry cloth before folding the tent up, brush zippers to keep free of dirt and wipe exterior before packing away for the day.

First Time Using

To season tent, lightly mist water over tent and let dry. This will allow fabrics to expand.

Gold Dog Tents work well on most factory racks, be sure to consult your vehicle manual for weight requirements. After market racks generally work very well and are more rigid. Gold Dog Tents have adjustable brackets and can fit just about any application.
